Amaris Harris
Durham native Amaris aims to make her mark in the legal field. She showed interest in law while studying at City of Medicine Academy and took business administration to learn more. With mentor Attorney Robin Jones, she plans to attend NCCU Law school and become Attorney Harris.

Melanie Viso
Melanie is from Lima, Peru, but moved to the US for education. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2022 a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies and Political Science. Melanie is now a graduate student in the Transatl Master's Program at UNC Chapel Hill and plans to attend law school to make difference in the community.

De’Ja Alston
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland. She moved to North Carolina in 2018 to serve as a state Licensed Special Education teacher in Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools for almost 5 years before going back to school herself. Currently, she is a 2L at North Carolina Central School of Law with a passion for educating and advocating.

Kiara Smith is from Greensboro,NC. She attended the Academy at Dudley High School prior to graduating. Kiara is currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering at North Carolina State University. Kiara likes shopping and traveling. She spends her free time with family and friends.
